Dunlop Atv Tires

i have Dunlop 175/65R15’s fitted to a Mini One but i dont have a clue what i should reinflate them to. does anyone know what the correct inflation is in psi?

I just noticed that my new Dunlop tires have "made in Thailand" stamped on the side. Are there any dirtbike tires that are made in the USA?

The front tire is a 90/21 and the rear tire is a 150/80-19, they are Dunlop Davidson Edition, and I really don’t have the money to get these tires from Harley cause they seem to jack the price on everything, Does anyone know where i can get these cheaper online, or the equivalent of these tires(does not have to be same brand name) for cheaper

I really like my 2006 Five Hundred with AWD & CVT and will be keeping it longer than usual, so a couple questions for other owners: 1) tires: at 42,000 miles the factory Pirelli tires (225 55 18) are wearing (maybe the AWD eats them faster)…..guess I’ll have to replace by 50M. stopped by a shop yesterday and they were pushing a set of Hankook’s at 0 + tax for 4. Anyone have any experience with them? Are they that good or is store pushing because of higher mark-up? I normally go with Goodyear or Dunlop. 2) I’ve changed oil at 4000 miles……the only other maintenance the book called for was fuel & air filters at 30M which I did. Book also says change AWD & CVT fluids at 60M………I’m guessing the lubricants are specific to this application, but my regular shop & oil change places say "No problem – we can do that"……or should I take it to a Ford dealer to make sure they use correct fluids and otherwise know the vehicle? Any "horror stories" about the AWD & CVT (are they durable for the long run?)? Any comments appreciated.

As said, enjoy the car: the AWD is uncanny and like all the headroom & glass (looked at the 2010 Taurus which feels claustrophobic in comparison).

My Goodyear Eagle RS-A’s are about to be due for replacements at 19k miles. The front tires are more worn down than the rear (rears are about 5/32nds). I was considering on some Falken 912’s or the Yokohama S-Drives. Any other ideas?

Im looking to buy a set of 4. I will check the rebates, promotions, and offers for the best deals too but im looking for recomended brands. I know these types of tires arent cheap but i want to save some cash and on a budget.

I want to spend no more than 120 each tire, but that just tire itself. Im buying them online so this is a good figure. I have some one that will install valves, mount, balance for around 40 dollars and ground shipping is like 50 bucks. Ok with that said heres my options

I know they aren’t american made tires (except for dunlop), but i the cooper perfromance (not cheap btw) tires i have on only lasted 15k before they went bold (with rotation every 3k miles). Ive had goodyears (forgot the name but were around 700 a set) that lasted me 50k miles but they are out of my price range right now. Ive never tried any other non american brands so this is the main reason im asking. And yes i am a very aggressive driver with a 6speed firebird =]

i run 235/40R18’s and i’m coming off a set of falken azenis ST-115’s which were great, even down to 1/32"- as we all know tires perform better with less tread in the dry

i’m stuck with choosing between falken azenis RT-615, azenis FK-452, nitto INVO, kumho ecsta SPT, ecsta MX, ecsta XS, dunlop dz101, yoko s-drives, yoko AVS ES100, bridgestone RE760

keep in mind that driving on slick (bald) tires in the rain have never been a problem for me in any car- from high HP RWD and FWD to my current AWD…so i’m not too concerned with WET performance

i’m kinda leaning towards Nitto INVO or Falken RT-615…although i am leaning more towards the RT-615 since i do take my car off-road in deep sand/light mud

i have jeep cherokee and i want to upgrade to bigger tires but i dont know which ones. i want a beefy looking tire like the BFG AT KO or General AT in a 31×10.5 but the biggest problem is i live in the mountains and i drive the mountain road everyday. so i dont want the tires to wear out quickly. so im stuck as to what to get. anything will help! i do offroad in trails so a AT is great for me and i articulate a lot to so the BFG sounds the best cause of the strong sidewalls. i have dunlop 215/75r15 on now with a 3" lift and its looks funny with such small tires. and help on tireds that are beefy AT and hold up well on connoring wear and tear would be great! I have a 1987 Ford Ranger 4X4 with a 6" lift and I am looking to buy a set of mud tires. Right now I have a set of Dunlop Mud Rovers and they just arent working out. I want something that is really loud on the highway, such as Nitto Mud Grapplers, Thornbirds, Pitbull Rockers, or something of that nature. I have a 6" susp. lift and a set of 15X10 wheels. I want to get some 35×12.50×15 or 35×13.00×15. Again, I need something that is loud and sounds like a fire truck coming down the road. Other suggestions are welcome, I just need some help and I know they are all nice, loud tires. Any info would help a lot. Thanks

I have always bought the exact same model tire that came on my suv. The tires are great and do what they are meant to do, and I haven’t had any issues out of them. My stock tires are 60k mile, and there are some alternatives that are the same size and width that are 80k mile rating. The alternatives are a bit cheaper and have a in store warranty for any unexpected damage, but not for my stock tires because they are from some other manufactre. So I’m at odds because I feel like I should go for the Les Swchab tires over my Dunlop all seasons. Any feedback to help me decide would be nice.
thanks for all your feedback fellaz, and I think that I’m just going to stick with the stock replacements. The truck is a dream, and I’ve never had issues with traction or breaking, so I’m just going to pay the extra 30-40 and go with what I know.

I cannot find any comparison information to make an informed decision on Dunlop Citation Tires – they are very reasonable – but not sure they are the best all-around performance tires.

Does anybody know if any tire company still makes a tire similar to the old Dunlop Triple Traction tires

Maria Fay bought 4 Dunlop tires at a local Goodyear store. The salesperson told her that her mileage would increase by 8%. Before this purchase, Maria was getting 24 mpg. What should her mileage be with the new tires to the nearest hundredth?

I currently have Michelin Pilot Powers on my bike. I have a flat in the rear, but can’t find the tire darn near anywhere!!!

Is it okay to buy a different michelin that isn’t a pilot power? Like say a Power pure? Do i need to have the exact same brands?

Is it okay to put a totally different brand on the rear, like say a dunlop? If i can’t find a matching set should i Buy a new matching set of a differing brand?

my stoke dunlop tires are finished so i would like to change it in the front i will put dunlop since that they are really good front tires and take long time to finish but for the back i wanted to ask you guys what should i put on the back since that the dunlop finished i cant say fast but with drifting yes so what is better

I am curious about these tires. I know pretty much all tires are black, but I see some tires that maxxis and dunlop makes for dirt bikes that are very black. The rubber they make them out of is really really black, and I am wondering if anybody knows the name of them.

I have a 2006 Harley Ultra Classic. I need a rear tire and I currently have a D402 MU85B-16. Is the Shinko SR777 150/80-16 an exact replacement and is the Shinko tire a good tire ?
Sounds like the consensus will be… you get what you pay for.

Recently bought a car with these tires on them, and I want to make sure they are properly inflated. It does not specify the inflation pressure on the tire, and I have not been able to find it online. Help?
I’m sorry I should have been more specific. The tires are aftermarket tires and therefore the dealer would not know the proper inflation pressure. Also Dunlop has discontinued this model so I was unable to get the information from their website.

I have a small Hyundai Santro with Dunlop tires. The car has traveled 60,000 km (37,000 miles). The tread looks ok but I have been told I should replace them.
